Workflow has failed to regenerate the arch configs due to missing nasm. Wonder if this is due to switching to ubuntu-slim?

Workflow has failed to regenerate the arch configs due to missing nasm. Wonder if this is due to switching to ubuntu-slim?

#62628 - the apt package list is not kept on the slim container at initialisation.

Actually, of course, it's a dockerised workflow, so the slim runner won't work regardless.
